10:54 AM - Video: Cancelling AOL



I found this You Tube video at Steve Garfield's Off on a Tangent. This video is based on a true story from Vinny at Insignificant Thoughts.

Vinny Ferrarri tries to cancel his AOL. But John (a call center rep employed by AOL's subcontractor) decides he'll play tuff guy. Happy ending? Vinny has no more AOL and John got fired.
